Dee has been performing and curating events and community spaces since 2006. She is a singer, MC, DJ, producer, singing teacher, and facilitator. Her expertise and passions meet in music, community connection, voice empowerment, cultural and multigenerational knowledge exchanges, and activating spaces.

Dee scouts and curates all of the music talent for the street party, as well as organizing the schedules and workshops.

Dee loves the mountains in the Kootenay region, taking big full deep breaths, listening, walking as slow as possible and taking it all in. She is also a cinnamon bun connoisseur and she LOVES to cook for people!
