The next Polka Dot Dragon Lantern Festival will be held February 17th, 2019. It is a community based event, showcasing local artists and performers, which brings people together to make and experience festival art in mid winter. Past festivals have included lantern installations, large lantern puppets, snow sculptures, and parades led by Moving Mosaic Samba Band. Public lantern making workshops are held in the weeks preceding the festival.
